This study aimed at middle school related questions of modern prose teaching content, select the language ontology to construct the form, to explore the specific selection and arrangement. First, summarize the middle school teaching content of Chinese modern prose the relevant theories of building ontology, strengthen the research of theoretical foundations; Second, elaborated the middle school modern prose course content goal and the request, clear the direction of construction; Then, list the secondary schools of modern prose teaching content of language ontology phenomenon and reasons of deviation, Find the problems existing in the teaching of modern prose in the middle school, For example, teaching contents deviate from language ontology, practice direction in Chinese curriculum implementation deviation, the class does not implement a good interaction and so on. Mainly include: On the choice of teaching content to in order to enhance students’ language using ability as the key point, the arrangement of the teaching content based on Chinese curriculum goals and nature, realizes the teachers and students, the teaching material in the prose teaching classroom supposes in advance with the classroom production good interaction, to ensure the subject status of students, to improve the students’ Chinese accomplishment. This study aims to improve the effectiveness of the teaching content arrangement and selection, to contribute to the research in the prose teaching system.
