Research On Heilongjiang University Personnel Training Structure Optimization Based On Industrial Structure Adjustment

At present, our country has entered the important period of transformation and upgrading of industry, and is trying to explore new norm, new energy, new growth path of industrial structure. In order to improve the quality and efficiency of economic development, the Heilongjiang province also step into the heart section of the industrial structure adjustment. In recent years, the Heilongjiang province has put forward the construction of the eight economic zones and economic revitalization of the top ten engineering plan, implemented the development strategy “Five Plans” “Top Ten Key Industries”actively, timely issued 65 measures to promote economic stability growth to dig into the economic potential growth deeper. Visibly, adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is one of the important tasks of economic work in the future in Heilongjiang province. However, the economy strategy and the innovation of industry cannot implement without the support of talent structure. Explore the new road of Longjiang economic development in the new period must strengthen the research on coordinated development mechanism of personnel training structure and industrial structure. The colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province is the important supply of talent for Longjiang industrial structure adjustment. It helps to provide better technical support and intellectual security for industrial structure adjustment to research how to optimize the structure of talent cultivation in colleges and universities in heilongjiang province, and also it would promote industrial structure adjustment and economic development in Heilongjiang province.In this paper, starting from the demand of Heilongjiang province industrial structure adjustment of talent, with the “Five Plans” “Top Ten Key Industries” development strategy as the guidance, explore the structural optimization of personnel training in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang province. Research status of industrial structure adjustment and the college talent training structure in Heilongjiang province, analyze the new requirements of talents training in universities for the comprehensive of Longjiang industrial structure adjustment, reveal the existing problems and the insufficiency of university personnel training structure, and put forward proposal and strategy for university personnel training structure to support industry structure adjustment and boost economic development in Heilongjiang province.
