Therefore, further study Yanji Korean elementary school music teacher training, and take measures to improve the deficiencies of existing training to help Korean elementary school music teacher grasp the scientific teaching methods and improve the teaching of knowledge, to improve the teaching of Korean elementary school music teacher skills, improve the status of Korean music education, to enhance the quality of Korean students music culture has very important significance.In this study, Yanji City in the Group primary school music teacher for the study, use of literature, surveys and interviews and other research methods to explore the training school music teacher training situation in Yanji City, carried out by the current situation of Yanji Korean elementary school music teacher training of investigation and analysis of the cause, we can further improve the training content and methods, and promote the development of professional music teachers. But also for the study of music teacher management system to provide a new perspective.The main contents of this study are as follows:from the training content, training methods, training evaluation, three aspects to understand the overall status training school music teacher training Yanji City; from school support, training the body and affect the music teacher’s own analysis of three aspects of teacher training factor; countermeasure suggestions for music teacher training existing problems.Through questionnaires, form the following conclusions:(1) Teacher training factors in the general level, score of 3.3167 points. Where the school is relatively good level of support for 3.4731 points; Training for relatively low level of 3.2396 points.(2) the general situation of teacher training in the general level, score of 3.0617 points. Among them, the relatively good level of training methods for 3.3280 points; a lower level of training evaluation for 2.7327 points.(3) the impact of various factors and dimensions of teacher training there were significant positive correlation. Among them, the level of development of school support and training methods was a moderate correlation (0.784**), in the first row, and the level of development of their own teacher training methods exhibit low correlation (0.381*), came in last.(4) Yanji Korean elementary school music teacher training problems:Teacher training and teachers’needs do not match; training schedule is unreasonable; training methods should be improved; training evaluation methods and the lack of effective follow-up guidance; teachers lack training preparation.According to the findings made the following recommendations:School support:(1) improve the school personnel system, encourage teachers to participate in teacher training(2) provide more opportunities for teachers to participate in teacher trainingTraining subject areas:(1) pay attention to the subjective position of teachers participating in the training(2) improve the evaluation system of teacher training(3) rich way of teacher trainingTeachers’aspect:(1) the correct treatment of teacher training(2) efforts to improve their own quality...
