In the new era,China's economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.Strategic adjustment of the economic structure and accelerated transformation and upgrading have ushered in a new stage of economic development.This has brought historical opportunities and new challenges to the cultivation of high-skilled applied talents and the in-depth integration of production and teaching in higher vocational education.The improvement of talent training quality in higher vocational education cannot be separated from a high level of "double-qualified" teaching staff.To some extent,the quantity and quality of "double-qualified" teachers determine the quality of running schools in higher vocational colleges.Based on the realistic background,this study W vocational college as the research object,with school management,teachers' group as the breakthrough point,focus on the college in the construction of "double type" teachers and cause analysis of existing problems,and from the teacher's introduction,training,motivation level,multiple points of view to discuss "double type" teachers construction improvement measures,to speed up the connotative development institute.This paper mainly from the following six aspects to carry out the analysis.The first part is the introduction,expounding the research background and significance,and proposing the research ideas and methods according to the research problems.The second part is the definition of the relevant concepts and the introduction of the theoretical basis.The third part is the investigation and analysis of specific cases.Through questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,the bottleneck problems are sorted out and analyzed to provide data basis for follow-up research.The fourth part is the cause of the problem analysis,multidimensional analysis of the college's "double-qualified" teacher team construction problems,and strive to find the crux of the problem objectively.The fifth part is the domestic and foreign research results,systematically elaborated the domestic and foreign research status,and combing and summarizing the experience for reference.The sixth part is divided into countermeasures and Suggestions,highlighting the problem-oriented,targeted to put forward the college to strengthen the "double-teacher" teacher team construction optimization strategy.
