| Freshman’s adaptive education is of great significance to the growth and development of college students. How to help students better transfer from middle school life to college life,more quickly adapt to college life, has become a hot topic now in the field of education in our country. In recent years, higher vocational education examination and enrollment systems reform, expanding the scale of higher vocational college students, enrollment way and freshmen types. How to give freshmen pertinent adaptive education according to the different freshmen types, so that they can adapt to college life faster and better, become an important problem to be thought about and solved seriously by our country’s higher vocational colleges.This paper study on the adaptive education for different types of freshmen in higher vocational colleges as the research topic, around the main problems and countermeasures of freshman’s adaptive education. The full text is divided into five parts.In the first part,this paper describes the research background and significance, research status, research ideas and methods,and analyzes the necessity of implementing the freshman’s adaptive education from three aspects:ideological and political education,vocational education and new role conversion.The second part expounds the theoretical basis of the adaptive education of higher vocational college students from different types of freshmen, including the differentiated education theory, stratified education theory and “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude†education theory.In the third part, this paper introduces the content of the adaptive education for different types of freshmen in higher vocational colleges,describes the types of freshmen in higher vocational colleges.,investigates the different adaptive performances of freshmen of different types from four aspects: living, learning, interpersonal relationships, career planning, finds out the existing problems.The fourth part describes the current situation of the adaptive education for different types of freshmen in higher vocational colleges,points out the problems of the current higher vocational colleges adaptive education:lack of input and guarantee;non-specific educational mode;lack of innovation on adaptive education’s content and form.There are three main causes of the problems: one is lack of attention to the adaptive of education, second, there isno distinction between types of education object, third, the education philosophy did not keep pace with the times.The fifth part aiming at the existing problems, puts forward the countermeasures of strengthening adaptive education of different type freshmen.One is to raise the attention,strengthen efforts to protect the adaptive education of freshmen; the second is to implement different education in accordance with different freshman types; the third is to keep pace with the times, innovate forms and contents of adaptive education of freshmen.This paper tries to provide theoretical reference for China’s higher vocational colleges’ adaptive education to freshmen of different types, and guide the actual work, achieve the expected results. |
