Research On Adaptive Education Of Freshmen In Sichuan Nationalities College

With the implementation of first-class undergraduate education in our country,the undergraduate talent training system in China is constantly improving,which puts higher requirements on the adaptive education of Sichuan nationalities Colleges and universities.Adaptive education is the beginning of undergraduate talent training.Although Sichuan nationalities colleges and universities have always attached importance to adaptive education.compared with the first-class undergraduate requirements,the adaptability education of freshmen in Sichuan national colleges and universities can not meet the actual needs of students,Especially in terms of educational content,educational practice,Especially in terms of educational content,educational practice,and educational forms.Accelerating the construction of an adaptive education system and helping university freshmen adapt to life is inevitable of Sichuan nationalities colleges and universities.Based on the questionnaire survey,the adaptation education of freshmen in Sichuan national colleges and universities mainly has the problem of the content of education is does not match the needs of freshmen,lack of persistence;the time of education is concentrated and lacks continuity;the form of education is old and lacks innovation;the subject of education is single,and there is no such problem as joint force and so on.The reason for the problem are three full education is missing;adaptive education information asymmetry;Inadequate adaptive education system;the school is unclear about the adaptive needs of newborns.Based on the perspective of "three full education",using the circle model,this paper establish three major circles of colleges,schools,and social-families,proposes the countermeasures of "three-round education" for each circle,and proposes safeguard measures.I would improve the adaptive education system of Sichuan nationalities colleges and universities to meet the individualized and diversified needs of students.This paper selects Sichuan nationalities colleges and universities as the research object,which has value in enhancing the adaptability of college freshmen in Sichuan nationalities colleges and universities,constructing an adaptive education system,and improving the quality of teaching in ethnic colleges.There is a saying that throws bricks and attracts jade I hope this research can inspire others pay attention to ethnic colleges and adaptive education.
