Teacher-student relationship is the most basic and the most important relationship in education activities, also it has been the focus of education field.Teachers and students are heterogeneity and difference of two groups and the conflict between teachers and students is widespread. With the advent of the network times, communication of environment between teachers and students has become more abundant and complex, and the network times deeply affects the teacher-student relationship develop harmoniously. So the conflict between teachers and students is not only a education problem, it also has become a social problem.lt is good to us to establish a harmonious and equal teacher-student relationship and promote the harmonious education under the background of the current era if we correct view and reasonable solving of the network times’ high school’s teacher-student relationship.This article is based on Social Constructivism’s perspective of sociology, and put the network times of high school’s teacher-student relationship as a social reality, the conflicts between teachers and students are the social reality is through interaction with other social factors and form their own;at the same time, the world is not static and society reality is changing.The network as a kind of social reality also affects other social reality, affects the construction of the relationship between teachers and students.So this article follows the main line of "school-society",this article is not limited to the Net Period, and put the conflicts between teachers and students in the context of the network times, the network times of high school’s conflicts between teachers and students has its unique performance;In space, the article is not limited to the teaching field, and turn our perspective to the wider society, all kinds of social subjects has important effects on appearance and solve the conflict between teachers and students;On the research perspective,the article is not only limited to put the conflicts between teachers and students as a relationship of education, but also put it as a special kind of social relationship, and the conflicts between teachers and students in a particular era-the era of network interact with other social factors form itself.This paper adopts literature research,text analysis, interview method and case analysis to research the conflicts between teachers and students of high school in the network times.The conflicts between teachers and students is a social reality, and this social reality through social construction and social construction content interact with each other to form their own.So in this paper, the conflicts between teachers and students is regarded as a kind of social reality as a research point,and put the influence of network times on the teacher-student relationship building main bodies as the research point to investigate the influence of the Internet age the conflict between teachers and students of high school.Through the analysis of the conflict between teachers and students’ status of network times background.Propose and demonstrate the cause of high school’s conflict between teachers and students in the network times. Finally puts forward some countermeasures to solve the conflicts between teachers and students. This paper is divided into five parts in-depth argument involves issues related to this study.The first part:introduction.Through the study of the literature analysis of network times and the conflicts between teachers and students, found that the research of the new teaching method of network age-network education is more, but the research that the "Network" as a social impact on the teacher-student relationship is very few. In turn,the article analyze the practical significance and theoretical significance of combining network with the conflicts between teachers and students,and put forward the research of the conflicts between teachers and students of high school in network times. Finally summarize this research’s basic mentality and research methods.The second part:the paper’s theoretical basis.This paper elaborates theory of social construction,and analyze the essence of social constructivism and social constructivism’s study about social problems.Then elaborate the social conflict theory, and analyze the influence of social conflict theory to the educational field.Finally elaborate the basic theory of communication and network transmission theory.The third part:in reality the high school conflicts between teachers and students in the network times. this paper use text analysis and case analysis to analyze the present situation of the conflicts between teachers and students in network times.And then outlines the features of high school’s conflict between teachers and students in network times is " the frequency of the conflict between teachers and students is increasing, vicious and extreme conflict between teachers and students caused wide public concern, transmission speed and wide range, strong harmfulness".And the paper classified the high school’s conflict between teachers and students in network times as three types:namely task conflict, relationship conflict and process conflict.The fourth part:this study follow the clue "school and society" to analyze the causes the high school’s conflicts between teachers and students in network times. This study found that the cause of the high school’s conflict between teachers and students are basically has the following several aspects. First, the network times shake the teacher authority; Second, the network times’ students have group uniqueness, age of uniqueness and cultural uniqueness; Third, the school organization internal mechanism cannot adapt to the requirements of the network times; Fourth, the network has the risk characteristic of the modern Internet technology.The fifth part:in view of the cause of the high school’s conflict between teachers and students in the network times, and then put forward the healthy development of the teacher-student relationship need to teachers, students, school’s network medias,and the public work together. First, teachers acceptance the conflict between teachers and students and reshape teacher authority; Second, students strengthen self-discipline and moral belief; Third, schools set up the management model to adapt the network times’development,and improve the network supervision and network events coping mechanism; Fourth, the network media strengthen industry self-discipline, and netizen raise moral consciousness. Through the social main body work together to build a healthy and harmonious relationship of high school’s teachers and students in network times.The sixth part:This is the conclusion part of this study.First,This part reviewed the main content of this study,and summarized the Teacher-student relationship in network are going to the conflict era.Secondly,summarized this study research perspectives and its main content.Again,this study put forward many contents to be further in-depth study and discussion.Finally,I looking for the word of education.
