In the context of a new round of basic education curriculum reform in our country, in the process of continuous reform and exploration, the understanding and positioning of teachers’ guidance have some changes. Teachers dominate students, stifling the status of students; Teachers ignore their guidance, leading to the problem of teaching into anarchy. One of the reasons for these problems is that teachers can’t correctly understand the relationship between the dominant and main body, and they can not take appropriate guidance in the process of teaching. The essay refers to instructional teaching and non-directive teaching, combined with the practice of my own education practice work feeling, I proposed some views and advice on how teachers play a guiding role in the process of teaching.This paper first makes historical analysis and research of instruction teaching mode and non directive teaching pattern, do the interpretation in the first part of the thesis, and puts forward instructional teaching and non-directive teaching is the dialectical unification relations.Then in the second part of the thesis, the masters of some education about instructional teaching and education practice to introduce the relevant reference, and combining its own education internship experience and comprehension, illustrates some adhere to in the process of teaching will be the dominant of the teachers and students the main body, guidance and organic combination of the guidance, the principle of dialectical unity of teaching examples. In the third part of the paper, in view of the language may appear some problems in actual teaching, puts forward some strategy guide teaching.Finally, in the fourth part of the thesis, based on their experience and knowledge, the language discipline guiding teaching mode was reflection, points out that the ultimate goal of teachers’ guidance in order not to guidance, education is to enlighten students’ intelligence the truth.
