MOOCs as a new type of online education, since produce, has been concerned by the educational circles. At present, MOOCs are used not only satisfied with students who miss school, and more and more MOOCs for teacher training. But MOOCs as a newly emerging thing, when in hot pursuit, and exposed their shortcomings, such as high dropout rate and low completion rate. For the current more and more MOOCs used for teacher training, How to guarantee the quality of learning outcomes and learning, Will also become a new research issue. An important part of this study proceed from MOOCs-learning support services. Based on the communicator and the audience’s perspective, comparative Analysis on Teacher training MOOC Learning support service, investigation and analysis, case studies.Summarize the development of learning support service in teacher training MOOCs, On the existing problems put forward some suggestions for improvement, Hope for offering some reference and inspiration on the domestic development and improvement of teacher training MOOCs learning support services.The paper consists of eight chapters:Chapter one and chapter two is the theoretical study part. This part expounds the research background, significance, content, method and research framework. Through the literature research method combing the research status-defining the core concepts of this research. On the humanism learning theory、Life-long education theory、Adult education theories, the theory of audience as a support of this theory.Chapters three and four from the Angle of communicators, integrated predecessors’research of learning support services and the characteristics of teacher training MOOCs, preliminary build contrast dimension of learning support services, after test, modify,determine the comparative dimension. Then, in both at home and abroad six MOOCs platform twelve teachers training courses on learning support services quantitative statistics, on the basis of all the elements according to the contrast dimension comparison analysis and comparison the use for reference.Chapter five and chapter six from the perspective of the audience is to investigate the teachers involved in teacher training class MOOCs research and case study,we analyzed the learners in the process of learning needs, perceptions of learning support services and the existing problems.Chapter seven comprehensive communicator and audience’s point of view, summary of teacher training MOOCs present situation and problems of the learning support services, and puts forward suggestions for improvement on its problems.Chapter eight is the ending part of this research, mainly summarizes this study, reflection and expectation.Conclusion this study are as follows:First,the author integrated predecessors’ research on learning support services and the characteristics of teacher training class MOOCs,preliminary build contrast dimension of learning support services then after test, modify, contrast dimension was confirmed as the following: Support services, activities, support services, evaluation support services, environmental support service.Second,through to the domestic and foreign teacher training class MOOCs learning support services for comparison and analysis of comparison we can reference:resources support and obtain convenience; Clear instructions and multi-channel sharing channel; Pay attention to their own evaluation and credit supervision;In order to promote learners depth communication environment support.Third, from the survey of Mingde primary school teachers and teachers in the case study of Y, it is concluded that the teachers to participate in teacher training MOOCs learning support service is basically satisfied; Think courses provide learning support services are helpful to their learning; But with their actual required; there is a certain gap between In the course not make full use of course provides support services.Fourth, through the comparison and analysis, the learners’ investigation and case study, according to the related theory of domestic teachers training MOOCs study support service puts forward the following suggestions:for course team as a whole resources richness and targeted support services; Update and classification to help access resources in a timely manner; Improve the attraction of the instructions, widen the channel of the share, pay more attention to the practicability of the practice, Support multiple evaluation and pay attention to their own evaluation; Constantly improve the learner centered interaction environment support; Improve learning support services of balance and integration, the course, learners should make full use of the course provides various support services.
