How to setthe standard process and optimizethe internal processes will be an very important issues for the event agency’s sustainable development.Therefore, the study of event brokers process optimization’s theory and method will have the great significance for China event agency.Based on the study of event broker process optimization’s theory and method,example of World Golf Championships-HSBCChampions, the article through the onsite visits, collect and summary of data related events agency, documentation,analysis, and the in-depth analysis of the study, given the sponsor’s event agency process optimization’s theoretical approaches.The article draws the following conclusions through in-depth research(1)Through "PDCA circle" in the sponsorevent broker process for the sponsor events brokerage’s process BPI,it can achieve objective of establish the standard process.at the beginning of the event agency’s standard procedures developed, they needed to reengineering the process,and "PDCA circle" can play roles of the BPR,and meet the event agency to adapt the general direction of the marketcompetition,and also benefit forthe events agency andthe external markets’ s frequencyupdates.(2)Using the SDCA circulation in the stage of standardprocesses optimization for sponsor’s event agency process, it will benefit to carry out the standard procedures within a period of time. Meanwhile, SDCA cycle can makes staff focus on the application of standard processes with small changes in external and make some local adjustments, in order to achieve the objective standards processes’ s continuous improvement.(3)Using "PDCA circle" and SDCA cycle in the event agency simultaneously isbenefit for event agency’s business processes optimization in the span of environment and self-optimizing in the micro-environment, the two combination of makes the event agency’s processes remains continuous improvement and pontaneous running.(4)Under the application of the data system, title sponsor of the event broker processes will reduce a lot of unnecessary internal friction in the workflow transition,and also plays an insignificant role for event information management what involved in brokerage events agency asset accumulation.
