The construction of "double type" teachers is one of the key problems of the construction of the vocational colleges. To evaluate whether a vocational college’s teaching quality qualified or not, the key point is that the college own "double type" stuff, strong teaching level, high professional skill. In recent years, with the development of vocational education in our country, the vocational colleges teaching quality and the quantity has dramatically improved.But, in general,there are many problems about low practice skills, unsatisfactory teaching quality, slow-paced development. Therefore, to build a high quality, high skills of "double type" teachers, promote the benign development of vocational education, improving the quality of vocational education school running this road is still a long way to go.First of all, in this article, the author do a lot of research and analysis about vocational education and current situation of "double type" teachers, using the theoretical research method, the empirical research method, and case analysis method. Meanwhile the article put forward a new view about the concept of "double type" teachers.Secondly, through questionnaire survey and interviews, the author investigate "double type" teachers of 5 vocational colleges, finding that there are still some problems about the "double type" teachers team construction. And the article analyses the reasons of the problems.Finally, the article do the research on the theory and practice on how to better build a high-quality "double type" teachers from the aspects of government mechanism, the training way, arousing the enthusiasm of teachers. Hope that the article has the certain reference to the reform and development of vocational education.
