It is the typical characteristic of the teachers in higher vocational colleges to be double-professionally-titled teachers."Double-professionally-titled teachers" is the key of the construction about team of teachers in higher vocational education to improve the quality of talents. Over the years, higher vocational colleges have obvious improvement in the quality and quantity of teachers. Many double-professionally-titled teachers have made great contribution to the development of higher vocational colleges.However, it is reported in the book of Development Report of Chinese Occupation Education in2012:"The construction of the team of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in China has made great achievements, but the overall structure is not reasonable, practical ability, training channels are relatively poor, and the situation has not fundamentally changed."Therefore, there are still some problems in the double-professionally-titled teachers’team and even some of them block the development of the whole higher vocational education which needs to be solved urgently. The existing system in China about the double-professionally-titled teachers’team is analyzed in this paper. At the same time, some national demonstrative higher vocational colleges in our country have made some beneficial practice in the construction of the team of teachers. This paper aims to analyze and research these colleges’practice on the construction. Not only explore the relationship between the government, enterprises, the higher vocational colleges and teachers, but also to explore new means of cultivating double-professionally-titled teacher’s team.The main innovation in this paper includes the following two points:first,the research about the researching object, the initial national demonstration colleges, is limited. Secondly, the direction of the study is to research and analyze the cases of some colleges to sum up how to do with the construction of system. The result of the research is to provide constructive help for higher vocational colleges, and provide a theoretical basis for the administrative departments of education.
