Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the "Government Work Report" to "encourage enterprises to carry out customization and flexible production and cultivate the craftsman spirit that constantly strives for perfection",which makes the "craftsman spirit" written into the government work report for the first time.Henceforward,in the government work reports for 4 consecutive years,it was put forward to cultivate and carry forward the craftsman spirit,which marks the cultivation of high-level talents with the craftsman spirit rising to the level of national strategy.The vocational education shoulders the important task to cultivate high-quality workers and technical talents.Therefore,this determines that accelerating the development of modern vocational education concerns not only the construction of vocational education system with Chinese characteristics,but also the realization of the "two centenary goals" and the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.an excellent teacher team with double-professionally-titled teachers is the key to make the applied talents with the craftsman spirit cultivated by higher vocational colleges better in line with the demand of market enterprises.Therefore,double-professionally-titled teachers cultivating with the craftsman spirit has become one of the important research topics in higher vocational colleges.The paper collected the primary data of double-professionally-titled teachers cultivating in higher vocational colleges under the craftsman spirit through the field research on the basis of brief illustration of topic selection background,selected topic significance and research purpose,having a accurate understanding of value guidance situation of “craftsman spirit” on double-professionally-titled teacher team construction in the vocational education practice;it compared vocational education theory in vocational education leading countries such as Britain,America and Germany with practical strengths and weakness difference to search theory reference to this paper by the means of horizontal comparison.After further study,the paper designed scientifically double-professionally-titled teachers cultivating process mechanism under the craftsman spirit and provided feasible reference path for double-professionally-titled teachers cultivating in three aspects of teacher standard,profession standard and practice standard at the aim of existing problems of vocational education cultivating in “double-professionally-titled teachers team under the “craftsman spirit”;it put forward craftsman spirit was a guarantee measure to lead and promote the construction of “double-professionally-titled” teachers in higher vocational colleges and offered practice support to this paper at three levels of government,society and colleges in five parts;the paper concluded research main summing-up and main orientation of follow-up study at last.This paper was strongly targeted at “double-professionally-titled” teachers cultivating research in higher vocational education.It was theoretically and practically valuable on the basis of cultivating mechanism,route and security measures for double-professionally-titled teachers in higher vocational colleges under the craftsman spirit.
