The development of vocational education is always closely related to economy,society and people’s well-being.With the sustained increase over the education investment,the social status of China’s education has also been improved gradually.Vocational education,which was ever considered as a kind of inferior education,stepped into the systematic construction as well.It has already become the main source to cultivate high-quality and high-technique workers,who should conform to the regional economic development needs.As a result,improving talents cultivation quality has been the key to society development,and the double-professionally-titled teachers even their teaching ability development are the uppermost priority.What’s more,the teaching ability development is a complex system engineering,it needs all aspects’ cooperation to achieve tangible effects.The paper regards the double-professionally-titled teachers’ teaching ability development as the object of the research,according to comb the nature of Higher Vocational Colleges,the content of the double-professionally-titled teachers,the structure of their teaching ability etc,it aims to reveal a variety of opportunities and chances the teachers facing under the new situation.Furthermore,analyze the state of their teaching ability.Although the effect was good,some problems still existed,such as their teaching ability varies,the teaching ability cultivation awareness is weak,the lack of circumstance to enhance teaching ability etc.In order to find out some enlightenment towards the double-professionally-titled teachers’ teaching ability development,the paper tries to analyze and explore where the problem lies and sum up the outstanding experience in building teachers’ teaching competence.On the basis of the analysis above,the paper puts forward some tactics about how to promote the teachers’ teaching competence,including taking the system construction as the leading strategy,professional institution as auxiliary strategy,platform building as supporting strategy,self-improvement as fundamental strategy.
