It is the basic requirement for the professional Literacy and is also the necessary requirement for the personal development of teachers.In 2013,the Ministry of Education was issued Professional Standards for Teachers in Secondary Vocational Schools(Trial),which provided the basis for the specialized knowledge to the vocational school teachers.The Standards consist of the Basic Conception,the Specialized Knowledge,the Professional Ethics,the Attitude and so on,which was issued three dimensions,fifteen domains and sixty standards.It can urge the teachers,who are suitable for the quality education and sound personality.In order to understand the status of double-professionally-titled teachers in Vocational Schools well,we will give some advice for double-professionally-titled teachers in vocational schools.This thesis took the Professional Literacy of double-professionally-titled teachers in Vocational Schools as the research object,and it drew up a questionnaire which was concluded educational idea and teachers' ethics,specialized knowledge and specialized ability.The questionnaire took Tumen Vocational Education Centre for example,applied for Literature Research Method,interview survey Method,questionnaire method,Educational statistics Method and so on.The questionnaire conducted and analyzed the status of the Professional Literacy of the Practical Teachers in Vocational Schools.There were 36 double-professionally-titled teachers surveyed by the three aspects of educational idea and teachers ' ethics,specialized knowledge and specialized ability,in order to know the status of the Professional Literacy of double-professionally-titled teachers.The questionnaire to the teachers was based on the causes deeply,applying the software SPSS17.0 to analyze the data.That could find the following questions:first,it is imbalanced for the specialized knowledge including kinds of dimensions;second,it is weak for the general knowledge;third,it is short of Knowledge Reengineering and the ability of linking theory with practice.The research is based on the following three aspects to improve the professional Literacy of double-professionally-titled teachers in vocational schools.Firstly,teachers should establish their career awareness.Secondly,the schools should consummate the system and mobilize the enthusiasm of practical teachers by themselves.Thirdly,the schools should create kinds of training chances to improve the professional Literacy of the practical teachers.
