Secondary vocational education is an important part of Chinese education system and a basic project to build a powerful country with human resources.Secondary vocational schools,as the backbone of vocational education,have an excellent team of multi-professionally-titled teachers,which can not only improve the training level of skilled talents,but also have great significance for the development of vocational education in China.The literature study and investigation methods are used for this study.Taking seven vocational schools for example,the backgrounds,the professional titles and other overall situations of multi-professionally-titled teachers are investigated.What's more,their professional development and training situations are studied and analyzed.Their treatments are also investigated by interviewing the relevant leaders who work in the seven secondary vocational schools mentioned above.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of multi-professionally-titled teachers in Dalian secondary vocational schools,such as unreasonable teacher structure,lack of system guarantee in secondary vocational schools about teacher training and school-enterprise cooperation,and explains the causes of the above problems from the three levels of schools,teachers and government.In light of these issues,this paper presents countermeasures.First,improve the guarantee mechanism for multi-professionally-titled teachers by widening the access channels for teachers,promote the participation of enterprises and improve macro guidance.Second,through innovative management concepts,improve the management system,strengthen department contact,improve the training system and improve the level of school governance.Third,enrich the construction of psychological content,enhance the sense of professional belonging and constantly enhance the professional ability of teachers.This paper more specifically identified the problems in the construction of multi-professionally-titled teachers in seven secondary vocational schools in Dalian,and put forward optimization measures from three aspects of schools,teachers and the government.It is hoped that this paper can provide scientific theoretical basis for promoting the construction of multi-professionally-titled teachers and provide experience and practical support for secondary vocational schools to strengthen the construction of multi-professionally-titled teachers.
