The class construction and management of the undergraduate colleges and universities is directly related to the whole of the school management. It is also related to the quality and level of talent training. There are many difficulties and problems in the class construction of the undergraduate course colleges and universities in our country. For example, head teachers are hard to work, counselors are unable to clearly understand the class construction, students are not paying enough attention to class activities and so on. At the same time, because of the influence of the network information era, the traditional function of class has come across more impacts and challenges. Therefore, the way to explore and study effective strategies of class construction and management, to promote the cultivation of the school spiritual culture environment, to improve the level of talent training, appears to be very urgent and important.This paper is a systematical and specialized study on the class management in undergraduate colleges and universities. The author has chosen Nanyang Institute of Technology, Henan province as the research sample, with the method of empirical investigation, respectively from head teachers, class management, class activities, class culture and class environment, etc, to explore the class management construction theory and the practical questions, and tries to build the practical paradigm of class management construction in order to provide a harmonious class management construction model.This paper falls into four parts:(1) Introduction. It introduces the background and the research significance of the subject, the domestic and overseas research achievements, the content, the ideas and the methods, including the research of the core concepts and related theoretical basis of the subject. (2) Discussing the connotation and the meaning of the class construction and management. It preliminary discusses the class goal and function, analyzing the formation mechanism of the class, the influence factors of the class construction, illuminating the significance to the overall management of the school construction. (3) Practical exploration of class management and construction. Using Nanyang Institute of Technology as the research sample, the article gives a deep analysis on the problems in the construction of class management theory and practice from the aspects including the work of head teachers, class management, class activities, class culture and class environment, etc. It gives a systematical and comprehensive discussion on the building of a practice paradigm in the school to provide a practice model for the harmonious class management construction. (4) Research conclusion and thinking. From the operational perspective, it puts forward effective methods for the strategy and management of class construction, and ways to link harmonious class management with other managements in the school. At the same time, it also puts forward the idea that the educational function of class management should be fully developed to truly revive the vigor of class through the relevant experience and enlightenment obtained from this research.
