From the basis of the national education reform to the middle school teachers’ professional standards, are increasingly attach importance to teachers’ team construction specialization. In such a big background, the research on teachers’ professional core ability is especially necessary, teachers’ professional core ability for students of science literacy and the formation of professional ability has very big effect. From the point of the collected literature at home and abroad, whether foreign or domestic, research on the system of teacher’s professional core ability is less perfect, on the core competence of the teachers’ professional practice explore is relatively lacking.Based on the above problems, this paper intends to, which is based on the practical teaching cases, in the form of works in the diagnosis of a study of junior high school geography teachers’ professional core abilities. In this paper, the case in wuhan city of young teachers in junior high school geography, for example, both considering the main force of young teachers role, and in consideration of wuhan city radiation effects.The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction. Including the research background, research significance, research status, research objectives, research contents, research ideas and methods. The second chapter as the research basis. Including the related concept of learning, and including the related theoretical study and look for practice. The third chapter for junior high school geography teachers’ professional core ability construction of diagnosis scale. Including of indicators to determine the basis, principle and method of the scale development scale selection perspective, diagnostic scale, instructions and matters needing attention. Chapter iv diagnostic analysis for junior high school geography teachers’ professional core ability, the first object and path, the selection of works and then collect the teacher works of diagnosis, and use the chart to analyze the diagnosis, put forward the current junior high school geography teachers in teaching design of the main problems and reasons. Aim is to find out the development of targeted way. The fifth chapter is the core competence of the junior high school geography teachers’ professional development path, for junior high school geography teachers’ professional core ability development should be improve the problems of professional core ability, and from the external mechanism and teachers themselves to find the two aspects of development countermeasures. The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect, through the above research, in this paper, the basic conclusion, find out the deficiency, finally, the subject is briefly introduced.In this paper, we study mainly USES the method of literature collection, analysis and expert consultation method and so on, hope through the study of this article for wuhan city junior high school geography teachers, especially young teachers in the professional core abilities development of the group to offer help and draw lessons from, also hope that this article can have the effect of the topic, for other more professional and more comprehensive studies of teachers’ professional core ability to provide some inspiration.
