The Enlightenment Of Nel Noddings’s Caring Education Theory To The Political Teaching In Senior High School

School is an important part in moral education, cultivating students with caring ability meet the requirements of the society for the school also conform to the requirements of the new curriculum reform situation of the students. Political lesson as the main moral education curriculum, the teaching implementation of each link is directly related to the implementation situation of moral education in schools. In teaching practice, the political teaching of each factor and link should reflect the purpose of moral education, cultivate students with caring ability is conducive to the realization of the goal of moral education. Nel’s remote caring education theory produced in the United States, the theory emphasizes the main purpose of education is to cultivate people with ability, care about people, love is loved. Nel’s caring education theory have impacted to the education theory and education practice in the United States and other countries. Moral education work in our senior high school and Nel’s caring education theory has many common, not only in the main purpose but also in working methods are present on each other. Therefore, this article from the perspective of caring education theory to study the current political teaching in our senior high school, aimed at providing reference to the political teaching in senior high school. This paper are mainly divided into three parts:The first part mainly elaborated the Nel’s caring education theory of era background and theoretical origin. It mainly introduces Nel’s education monographs and education thought, grasps the basic tone of caring education theory. Thus, it analyzes the social background of caring education theory, namely:globalization problem need to be concerned with the injection, the American society need caring theory to solve the problem, the schools of United States desire to caring theory. Then, the paper elaborated the main source of caring education theory:Dewey’s moral education, the existential philosophy, humanistic education thought and feminist ethics.The second part discusses the Nel’s caring education theory. The paper Mainly involves the theory connotation of "caring", education purpose, education activities, the continuity of education and caring education methods:model, dialogue, practice, confirm. It summarized four characteristics of caring education theory based on the content of caring education theory:respecting the student’s individual life fully, focusing on student’s experience and feelings, emphasizing the importance of teachers role models, highlighting the practicality of moral education.The third part discusses the enlightenment of Nel noddings’s caring education theory to the current political lesson teaching in senior high school. It puts forward to some expectations for teachers behavior, teaching content, teaching method and teaching environment combining with Nel noddings’s caring education theory, wishing constantly improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the political lesson teaching in senior high school.
