Research On The Enterprise Education In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Transformation Of Economic Development Mode

Enterprise education is a key element that can make the economic achieve the pattern from "resource-dependent" to "innovation-driven". Its successful implementation will not only help students to cultivate the basic qualities, including consciousness, mental qualities, abilities and social knowledge components, But also conducive to the promotion of technological innovation, drive the industrial upgrading and transformation of economic development. However, due to the shortage research of theory and practice, the qualities of talent cultivated by enterprise education in higher vocational colleges can not meet the demands of era, thus limiting the transformation of our economy. In this research, i want to restore the practice picture of enterprise education in higher vocational college through the case study, analyze the existing problems and the causes of problems, Finally put forward improving strategies.The content of this study can be divided into four parts. The first part is to comb and extension of existing research so as to clarify the value orientation and structural elements of enterprise education in higher vocational colleges. That is the first chapter and the second chapter of the article. The second part is based on the first part, this part is trying to show the present situation of enterprise education in Y college by referring the literature, questionnaire survey and interview. That is the third chapter of the article. The third part is to sum up the existing problems and the causes of problems of enterprise education in higher vocational college through the analysis of the second part. That is the fourth chapter of the article. The fourth part is to put forward improving strategies on the basis of combining with the former three parts. That is the fifth chapter of the article.The fourth chapter discusses the main problems of enterprise education in higher vocational college, including the superficial understanding of enterprise education, the lag curriculum, the unreasonable structure of faculties, the lack of evaluation and circumstance. Then put forward the deep causes according to these problems:the conflict between traditional culture and enterprise education concept, The absence of enterprise education of primary and secondary schools, the research of enterprise education in higher vocational colleges is far away from enough, the function of governments could not be fully used and the social support of enterprise education in higher vocational colleges is not yet mature. Finally in the fifth chapter,put forward improving strategies from the analysis of governments, higher vocational colleges and society. Government level:improve the state policy of enterprise education, increase the financial support, emphasize on planning, strengthen the publicity guide and expand the reach of enterprise education. School level:clear the concept of enterprise education, adjust the teaching aim of enterprise education, set up special institution, develop the theory research, establish a rational curriculum system, enhance the faculty building, construct the base of practice, establish a complete evaluation system and create a good cultural atmosphere. Social level:enterprise participation, family support and non-government assistance.
