With the rapid development of the society and more and more quickly updates of knowledge. The knowledge learned in the school cannot meet the employee’s work and life needs. Lifelong education, lifelong learning has become a social trend, but also an urgent need for every adult Everyone knows that if someone don’t learning in the whole life, he will fall behind the times. Employees as an important part of the enterprise, its learning ability directly affects the development of enterprises. Due to the characteristics of employees, informal learning this flexible and diverse forms of learning by the enterprise staffs favor. However, the informal learning of employees there are still many problems, the importance of many people and businesses still lack of knowledge on informal learning. Informal learning is not only as a supplement to formal learning, which itself can be used as an important way of learning to promote enterprise staff development.Based on this background, this study focuses on the enterprise employees as samples, the informal learning of employees in-depth research, analysis of employee attitudes, on informal learning motivation and influencing factors. Through the investigation of the enterprises, and proposes some countermeasures to promote the employees of informal learning.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, including research background, research purpose and research significance, the domestic and foreign research review, research ideas and research content.The second part is the theoretical basis for defining the core concepts and research.The third part is the analysis of investigation for employees of informal learning.The survey includes the basic information of staff. And according to the survey data from the overall situation, learning characteristics, learning problems and reasons and factors of learning that several aspects of in-depth analysis.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions of promoting employees’ informal learning. According to the investigation and Analysis on employees’ informal learning and understanding of informal learning, from three aspects of government, enterprise and individual employees put forward countermeasures and suggestions of promoting employees’ informal learning.
