With the gradual advance of the process of popularization of higher education, personnel training to enhance the quality of colleges and universities are an important practical problem of higher education faces. The employment situation of university graduates as an important output indexes University Talent has always been the focus of all aspects of social concern.Through summarizing and understanding theemployability research and exploration features of the higher education institutions abroad to build the employability of college graduates structural dimension, also depth personnel training of colleges and enterprise level discrepancies between the needs of employers. As higher education systems play a leading role in the university, how to develop the campus life of students’employability, or to enhance sustainable employment ability of students to embark on careers in after have an important role,which cannot be ignored.In research methods, this paper adopts literature analysis and statistical analysis, summarized by the foreign higher education institution or organization for the employment of college graduates can build dimension, the preparation of industry demand questionnaire. Employment capability, that is employability, will be stars to 21 questions of using statistical methods to analyze the questionnaire and to establish the ability to hire structural model using SPSS 20.0 for employability structure exploratory factor analysis (EFA), extracted three dimensions, namely, practice and adaptability, knowledge and professional knowledge through intellectual capacity. Then using AMOS 7.0 statistical software analysis (CFA model) to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the division dimension has confirmatory factor-based structural equation model. Based on the factor analysis of the extracted three main components, Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) Universities and industry personnel training requirements were differences in analysis, hierarchical model, with consistent matrix method of index weight vector scoring, the process determines matrix using MATLAB 7.0.1 software programming operated.Getting the weight ratio between the three factors according to the results of weighting coefficients, we found that companies specializing in intellectual capacity requirements for the weakest, the most competitive talent should be a strong practical ability, good environmental adaptability of college graduates. The survey also found that there are differences between the quality of personnel training and industry needs universities indeed. The coefficient of variation for personnel training between universities and business needs are compared to examine the terms of employment of graduates lack. The last part is proposed for these differences to develop the employability of college graduates path feasibility culture.
