At present, the modernity of university causes conflict between college intellectuals and university system, which especially contains of the university system, personnel management system and postmodernity culture, causing the alienation of personality and spirit of intellectuals. However, the direction of modern political democratization makes the university system more macro; modern university system must become regulator between contemporary intellectuals and university spirit.
