With the rapid development of Internet and information technology, the development of network technology accelerates the modernization of education in China, universities continue to pay attention to digital construction for the campus, built many digital campus portal and teaching platform, The application of information technology such as teaching platform has accumulated a lot of data information and wait for using.. How to make full use of these educational data to services and improve the teaching activities has become the focus of attention for educational researchers. Learning analysis comes from the data mining technology in the business field, it came into being under the background of the large data of education and gradually become the focus of attention of educational researchers.First of all, this paper analysis the domestic and international study and the network teaching platform, summarizes the current study situation of our country and the status of the network teaching platform. Combining constructivism theory, master learning theory, mixed learning theory and learning analysis technology, it designs the function module of the platform. According to the research of scholars and demand for different types of users, it analysis the main functions of the platform, combined with the related theories, it designs the platform of the overall model, function module and database platform. Finally it accomplishes the design and development of network teaching platform in the perspective of learning analysis by using the ASP. Net development model, MVC framework, and SQL Server database technology.This network teaching platform on the perspective of learning analysis is mainly to provide students with a platform for learning off the class, conduct online learning with teachers and analyze the data of students. Students can learn by themselves after the class by using this platform, and further consolidate the knowledge learned, interact with teachers and other students, and adjust study according to the feedback provided by the platform. While interacting with students, Teachers can also get a visual report of student learning data provided by the platform, so they can adjust the teaching, and effectively improve the effectiveness of student learning.
