With the transition of the concept of modern medical mode and medical personnel training, community health including prevention, health care, rehabilitation, health education, family planning guidance has been more and more value. With the implementation of the reform policy, more attention paid to the community medical education. The requirements for improving the medical students’ ability and knowledge level, and training the community general medical talent are in urgent. The role of community practice in medical student teaching is more and more important. In order to make the graduates to adapt this teaching mode, establishing a set of practical management system on community practice for medical student is imperative. This research includes five parts:The first part:Introduction to the development of community education in foreign countries and the present community of practice teaching in our country. Based on medical colleges medical talent training concept and talent training environment to explore the importance of community practice teaching management system. The second part:This paper elaborates the significance of community practice teaching management system for medical students and the problems at present The advantages of establish perfect community practice teaching management system will be good to standardize the community practice teaching management, to build up strong contingent teachers, to improve community health service level, and to plan the career in the future. Build community management steps in the process of practice teaching management system has many problems, for example, community practice teaching objectives are not clear, community practice teaching infrastructure is not sound, is lack of teachers and the evaluation standard is not perfect and so on. The third part:Establish the basic framework of the communities of practice teaching management for clinical medicine specialty. The main research contents include: to clarified the significant of community practice teaching; to improve the community practice teaching target and plan; to build of practical teaching faculty, perfecting the community practice teaching infrastructure and developing the standard of evaluation. The fourth part:According to the hospital request for medical students, build up the community practice teaching management system. In this study, combining with the characteristics of communities of practice teaching and develop the training plan for the student on community medical basic knowledge, basic skills training, medical humanities, and comprehensive innovation ability training. To cultivate the higher level medical talents is the foundation of the communities of practice teaching management and promote the medical talent flow to the grassroots health service center. The fifth part:The preliminary results of this study show that: the students in the community of practice teaching management, by using Fayol’s Principles of Management which includes planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and quality control, preliminary build up community practice teaching system, teaching resources management system, teaching condition management system, teaching methods management system, students management system, and assessment of quality of teaching system.
