With the development of science and technology, mobile phone has become one of the indispensable tools in our life. Ministry of Industry and Information announced China’s mobile phone users reached 1.306 billion by the end of December in 2015,according to CNNIC released the 36 th China Internet development statistics report shows, China’s mobile phone users reached594 million, and the age of users tend to be younger, resulting the influence of the mobile phone for adolescent group is more and more serious, and “mobile phone dependence syndrome”.This article is based on social casework, according to the internship in a high school in Lanzhou. Teacher and parent, as an example, recommended a student of “mobile phone dependency syndrome”. At the same time, narrative therapy mode is used in this case, understanding the whole story from the main problems of the narrative, in order to pave the way for the next step of the problem; The second stage of the problem, first removing the label of the student, dividing the problem and the individual which is completely equate with problem, people are disturbed by the problem, helping the case to clarify the facts; The beginning of the third stage is to find exceptions and reconstructing stories. The thing which is neglected or not bothered is found out to help set the confidence to solve the problem, from another point of view, finding out the possibility to go out the plight, it’s also the beginning of the new story, absolutely this period is the most charming stage of the narrative therapy; Finally strengthen the story and witness the significant scenes and get approval from others. The student will use a new perspective to see themselves and their problems, and enhance their resilience with a better attitude to face the situations in the future. Narrative therapy can improve the ability of the main self-expression of the person to state their needs. It is a variable process, with the case of the main story shows a different trend of development, it need continue to explore and discover with unpredictability, and it’s also difficult to control for a new learner. Of course, its applicability has certain limitation, just suitable for the good expression ability of clients, and the narrative describes the process of the problem that is closely related to the emotion, so it is one of the reasons to impact on the effectiveness. The author will clearly realize some ethical issues during the process. It’s more easily intervention as a friend, or the identity of the social workers is more professionalintervention. Sometimes that can’t avoid following the principle of confidentiality, but some problems that social workers lack of experience, and even the need of cooperation for others to solve the problem, so that is difficult to deal with.Although this paper just describes a case, it does have some certain universality, using the social casework narrative therapy pattern, not only solving the mobile phone dependency syndrome problem, but also providing an effective basis for dealing with some emotional problems for schools. And the case as a carrier, the application of the theory model has made further reflection and exploration.
