Teachers’ moral responsibility refers to the teacher in education activities, based on the teacher’s role, should perform all aspects of teachers’ behavior moral requirements consciously, and responsibilities of their moral behavior. Teacher as an important role in students’ process of growth, education and socialization, should have important moral responsibility to students. Including: according to the requirements of teachers’ professional ethics, be responsible for students’ academic and growth; be responsible for parents, society, national and individual teacher and education career; promoting human progress and heritage science civilization; and with noble moral sentiment, service and dedication spirit of the society, etc.Now days, the “feminine” phenomenon of primary school teachers in our country becomes more and more obvious, on the position of female teacher is active in education, promoting the development of education in China, at the same time moral responsibility dilemma greets people. Firstly, under the family roles, they are selfless dedication or both? Secondly, in the face of women unique characters, should be assimilatory or persistent in the work? Thirdly, their role in the ideal and the reality gap role, is to become an absolute moral example or ordinary people of human nature?Causes of feelings of moral responsibility dilemma are as below: The conflict of moral responsibility behavior, administrativization of teachers’ moral responsibility requirements, be subservient to the social demands for female characters and stereotype of teachers’ work requirements.On the basis of rethinking teachers moral responsibility of theoretical basis, principles and development concept, balancing strategy of primary school women teachers’ moral responsibility dilemma has been proposed: firstly, the macro level. Establish a clear hierarchy teachers’ moral responsibility legal system, evaluation system. Secondly,micro level Suggestions. Alleviate the pressure of the teachers, optimizing urban school competition; focus on women teachers’ living conditions, set up “inclusive female teachers” development. Thirdly, micro level suggestions. Improve the ability of women teachers’ moral responsibility, guide choice of female teachers learn to dilemma conflict to help them relieve the pressure on moral responsibility, maintain teachers’ moral benign development.
