Therefore, the promotion of interdisciplinary importance, but also to promote the development of interdisciplinary talents in the world to mature.The research university is the subject of higher education is the main force of knowledge creation, take to create advanced scientific research and provide social services for the social transmission of high-quality personnel, the burden of. In response to under the new situation, the state and society of talent training and the new requirements, research universities in China also actively carry out interdisciplinary education reform, and strive to develop with innovation ability of interdisciplinary talents, despite certain achievements, but there are also many deficiencies and need to learn from foreign universities in the mature experience.In this study, interdisciplinary training model American research university for the study, on the basis of foreign universities to carry out interdisciplinary talents Situation carding, according to personnel training and the main features of the interdisciplinary personnel training the main mode comes down to three kinds, namely: based on interdisciplinary training model based on the professional education, based on interdisciplinary talent model curriculum, interdisciplinary project-based talent model.In this study, the second, third and fourth chapters are the three main modes of meaning, and the path to achieve the main features are analyzed, supplemented by a representative case to elaborate and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these three models in contrast to the fifth chapter and scope of application.
