At present, the compulsory education students in rural areas have 110 million. However, the countryside is still in the development of depression ".rural education is the short board of rural development and is the priority among priorities of its development. The teacher is the key to the development of rural education. A large amount of research shows: the difference between urban and rural teachers are still obvious. In recent years, the country has implemented a series of preferential policies, such as the special post plan, three of a help policy of free normal policy. These policies improve the structure of rural teachers in a certain extent and improve the quality of teachers. But it does not fundamentally change the status of rural teachers. According to the relevant investigation, during 2010-2013, the number of teachers in rural areas by Four million seven hundred and twenty-nine thousand and six hundred reduced to Three million three hundred and four thousand and five hundred. Just three years, the loss rate of rural teachers reached 30%. For problem of rural teachers " stay ", " teaching is not good ", the state promulgated the " rural teachers support program(2015-2020) Ini June 2015.So, in order to improve the quality of rural education, and promote the healthy development of rural education, to solve the problem of loss of rural teachers in primary and middle schools is the key. Investigation of the present situation of the loss of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in China, analysis of the loss of reason, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, not only has theoretical value, but also has important practical significance.The loss of teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas of Anhui County in Zongyang Province is the starting point of this topic, based on questionnaire and interview,to investigate the effect of the loss of teachers in rural primary and middle schools, causes and solutions. The specific contents including:The first chapter, introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research reason, the existing research results, define the core concepts, research purpose and significance, research ideas and methods.The second chapter, discussing the theory background of the loss of teachers in the urbanization of rural primary and secondary schools. This chapter mainly introduces the background of urbanization of rural teachers’ loss, discusses the theory of the loss of teachers, the mechanism of the loss of teachers and lead to urbanization.The third chapter, rural primary and secondary school teachers’ loss of status, characteristics and influence in the process of urbanization. Through the questionnaire “The loss of rural primary and secondary schools teachers” and “The loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers interview outline” to investigate of primary and secondary school teachers in Zongyang County five rural. And analyze of the current characteristics and adverse effects of the loss of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools.The fourth chapter, analysis of the reasons of the loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers in the process of urbanization. According to the investigation and interview to obtain first-hand information,analyze the reasons of from the policy system, social environment and working environment, personal factors three levels the loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers in the process of urbanization.The fifth chapter, countermeasures to solve the loss problem of rural primary and secondary school teachers in the process of urbanization. This chapter mainly for rural primary and secondary school teachers’ loss problems and the causes of the problems of the analysis, put forward the corresponding measures.The last part is the conclusion.
