“The prosperous education makes the country prosperous,and the strong education makes the country strong”.In the context of building a comprehensive socialist modern country,the development of rural basic education has a pioneering and fundamental role in the overall progress of China's education as well as the whole society.As an important educational resource in rural areas,rural teachers directly affect the improvement of education quality and the promotion of balanced education in rural areas,and reasonable teacher mobility can promote the rational allocation of teacher resources in the region;however,in the current framework of teacher resources in rural primary and secondary schools,the one-way loss of teachers is serious,especially the flow of outstanding young and middle-aged teachers is more frequent,which makes the instability of the teaching force in rural primary and secondary schools This has had a serious impact on the sustainable and healthy development of rural basic education.How to promote the overall quality improvement of rural primary and secondary school teachers? How to ensure the stability and sustainable development of the rural teaching force?It has become an important factor limiting the development of basic education in rural areas.Based on American management scientist Hertzberg's hygiene-motivational factors,this paper takes six rural primary and secondary schools in District S of Xinyang City as the research object,and explores the current situation and causes of teacher attrition in rural primary and secondary schools by means of questionnaires,interview method,literature research method and other means,using statistical analysis,and concludes that there is now a one-way,disorderly and outstanding problem of losing outstanding young teachers in rural areas,and in the two-factor Based on the theory,we propose targeted solutions in terms of both health care factors and motivational factors to improve the current situation of rural primary and secondary school teachers' life and work,and motivate rural teachers' enthusiasm and enthusiasm,so as to stabilize the teaching force and improve the quality of education in rural areas.Based on the combination of theoretical research and empirical investigation,this paper constructs a hygiene-motivational factors theoretical model of the influence of teacher attrition in rural primary and secondary schools,and based on this theoretical study,analyzes the driving mechanism of rural teacher attrition and proposes relevant solution strategies regarding the teacher attrition problem.This helps to enrich the exploration of teacher attrition in rural primary and secondary schools under the hygiene-motivational factors;it also promotes the research on teacher attrition in rural primary and secondary schools,so as to improve the management system of teacher resources in China;it can also provide theoretical support and practical reference for the government or education authorities to actively and reasonably guide the mobility of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools,so as to promote the balanced development of education resources between urban and rural areas and promote the equity of education in rural areas.Promote the equity of education in rural areas.
