Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,two factor theory and equity theory,this paper analyzes the reasons for the loss of rural primary and secondary school teachers through the research on the existing rural primary and secondary school teachers' loss,so as to provide theoretical basis for putting forward good countermeasures.To solve the problem of teacher turnover and provide reasonable guidance.Research on related issues,survey data can reflect the loss of rural basic education teachers to a certain extent.These data also provide a theoretical basis for other neighboring areas to formulate corresponding policies and make the management of rural primary and secondary school teachers more perfect.To solve the problem of teachers' loss,we should put forward good countermeasures to reduce the loss rate,improve public opinion and improve parents' satisfaction with the school.Reduce the loss of teachers,improve the continuity of teaching,improve the enthusiasm of teachers.It can be used as a reference for the counties and cities adjacent to the mountainous areas in northern Guangdong.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,data analysis and interview.It is found that the current situation of the loss of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Yingde City is as follows: the loss of teachers with teaching age of 1,2-5 years is more.2.There are more teachers with higher educational background.3.The loss of female teachers is more.Through interviews,the main reasons are as follows: 1.Macro reasons.2.Organizational reasons.3.Teachers' individual reasons.4.The promotion of professional titles is unfair.5.The welfare system is not perfect.6.Lack of cultural incentives.The countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of educational administrative department,organization,individual,professional title,welfare and cultural incentive.Through the implementation of some corresponding countermeasures in our own school,it is proved that under the guidance of theory,it can be implemented and effectively improve the phenomenon of teacher turnover.
