The Impact Of Economic Growth On Employment In Yanji

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has achieved economically recognized development results globally.Affected by China’s relevant policies,Yanji ’ s economy has continued to maintain medium-to-high-speed development,and the number of employed people has continued to increase.It has achieved good economic and employment results.However,various economic and social problems are very prominent,and the employment rate is not as good.Expectations are optimistic.The key to solving the problem of insufficient employment in Yanji is the economic level and quality of Yanji.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the relationship between economic growth and employment in Yanji City,and find out the development characteristics of Yanji City.This article takes how to better realize the sustained and rapid economic growth and full employment in Yanji City as the research objective.Taking Yanji City as the research perspective,using relevant data from 1978 to 2018 in Yanji City,from the total change trend of industry and employment,Both growth characteristics,elastic characteristics and other different levels,in various time stages,studied the impact of Yanji’s economic development level on employment.This article uses inductive analysis methods to summarize the research results of domestic economists on my country’s economic and employment development,and expounds the Western theoretical results on economics and employment,such as Petty-Clark theorem,Solow’s model,and Okun Law theory,etc.,provide a research basis for the study of this article.Secondly,using the method of time series analysis,through statistical analysis of the economic development of Yanji City since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the status quo and characteristics of the economic growth of Yanji City,the status quo and characteristics of employment growth,and their correlation characteristics are analyzed.Third,using empirical analysis methods,the characteristics of employment elasticity in Yanji City are analyzed.From the aspects of non-agricultural employment elasticity,secondary industry employment elasticity and tertiary industry employment elasticity,the relationship between economic growth and employment in Yanji City is studied.And using the fractal distribution method to analyze the impact of Yanji’s three industrial structure changes on employment,and to study the problems between Yanji’s economic growth and employment growth in stages.Finally,using the analysis method of description and induction,from improving the government’s macro-control ability,rationally using the influence of the three industrial structures,increasing the intensity of manpower training,and improving the process of urbanization,it proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the economy of Yanji City and expand employment..This research is of great significance to the stable development of the economy and employment of Yanji City,and has certain value for the relevant decision-making of the relevant departments of Yanji City Government...
