The Optimization Design Research Of The Talent Training Scheme Of Higher Vocational College In Tibet

Due to higher vocational education has the attribute of higher education and the characteristic of vocational education,higher vocational education should cultivate a talented person who can devote themselves to production, construction, management and service’s first line, they should have strong practical ability, have good professional ethics. In recent years, our country’s economic take-off, the revival of the nation promote higher vocational education thriving. Our government issued a series of documents to guide of higher vocational education, expecting that it can "survive for the quality and achieve development through characteristic", it can become the important composition of higher education, become the main force of economic development, become a capable driving force of social progressive. Higher vocational education in Tibet started in 2005. It go by 10 years of development, has obtained certain achievements, it has made a contribution to the region and even the country’s economic and social’s stable development, but it remain to be perfect. The talent training scheme is the except of the whole process of talents cultivation, this paper through the analysis of the talent training scheme of high vocational colleges of Tibet, except to in a certain extent promote the development of higher vocational education in Tibet.This paper mainly adopts literature research, content analysis, comparative analysis. First of all, I have to collect, sorting and analysis the papers that related to the research question. Secondly, I have to compare the talent training scheme of the higher vocational college of Tibet to those have similar nature of it. Through the comparative analysis, find the talent training scheme of the higher vocational college of Tibet still existing problems, and put forward the optimization design of thinking and suggestion.Through the study, I found that the talent training scheme of higher vocational college in Tibet have several questions, such as the inaccurate positioning, lack of features, course system needs to be perfect, consideration is not comprehensive, concept of follow up the national’s requirements transformation needs to be faster and so on. Accordingly, I put forward several thinking and suggestion, such as consider various factors, accurate position the talents training goal, change course idea, perfect curriculum system of the talent training scheme and so on.
