Research On Internal Logic And Operation Mechanism Of School-Enterprise Cooperation In Dualistic System

In order to further improve the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation in educating people,keep education close to the needs of the market,and promote economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading,in 2016 Fujian Province proposed for the first time the dual system of school-enterprise cooperation talents training model,taking the needs of enterprises as the guide,the main content is "the integration of recruiting and enrolling students,enterprises and schools leading and educating people",and the training mode is the modern apprentice system of technical skills.Today,the first school-enterprise cooperation class formal graduation,the school-enterprise cooperation effect?What are the factors that affect the cooperation between schools and enterprises?In the face of the national higher vocational colleges to expand the enrollment of millions of people,the scale of the dual system of school-enterprise cooperation project gradually expanded,how to better develop the dual system of school-enterprise cooperation,it is worth our thinking!This paper takes the cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise as the research object,and divides the cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise into two parts.As the internal factors,school and enterprise play a decisive role in the mechanism,the government and industry,as external factors,play an important role in promoting the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises;through a case study of Fujian Vocational and Technical College of Health,the leaders and students of schools and enterprises are investigated by using interview,questionnaire and other investigation methods,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and analyzes the internal operation mechanism of the dual-system school-enterprise cooperation by using the value chain,process,organization,ability,management and control mode,and incentive mechanism,this paper analyzes the External Operation Mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,clarifies the internal logic of school-enterprise cooperation,and analyzes the operation mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation,finally,the government,the industry,the school and the enterprise will work together to perfect the cooperation mechanism between the school and the enterprise.
