| Higher vocational education is an important base for training high-quality technical talents,and its requirements for the quality of talent training are constantly improving.As one of the important links of talent training,the quality of post-practice directly affects the quality of talent training in higher vocational education.Therefore,this paper attempts to take satisfaction as the starting point to study the post-practice of preschool education majors in higher vocational colleges,in order to find out the problems existing in the post-practice and put forward opinions or suggestions.This study uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire and interview,draws lessons from the existing research and combines with the research content to develop a questionnaire on the satisfaction of pre-school education students in higher vocational colleges.Taking the pre-school education students who have participated in post-practice in five higher vocational colleges in Hebei Province as the research objects,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interviews with five pre-school education teachers.the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The students of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges are generally satisfied with post-practice.Specifically,from high to low,students’ satisfaction of post-practice is in the order of post-practice harvest,post-practice content,school instructors,kindergarten instructors,post-practice kindergarten environment,post-practice organization and management.(2)There are significant differences in the source of students,the nature of post-practice kindergarten and the choice of post-practice kindergarten.(3)The satisfaction of the second-level indicators of each dimension is as follows:In the dimension of post-practice organization and management,the higher satisfaction is the post-practice assessment and evaluation,and the lowest satisfaction is the post-practice salary and subsidies.In the dimension of post-practice kindergarten environment,students are most satisfied with the humanistic environment,while the satisfaction of living environment is the lowest.The results show that the students are most satisfied with the attitude of the kindergarten instructors and the school instructors,but there are some differences in dissatisfaction.The students are the least satisfied with the guidance way of the kindergarten instructors,and less satisfied with the guidance effect of the school instructors.In the dimension of practice content,students’ satisfaction with game activities is the highest,and that of environment creation is the lowest.In the dimension of practice harvest,students are most satisfied with the fact that post practice can enrich teaching practice ability,and dissatisfied with the degree of professional knowledge.According to the research,there are mainly the following problems in the post-practice of preschool education majors in Higher Vocational Colleges: the psychological gap caused by the high expectation of students;the practice organization and management system needs to be improved;the lack of high-quality practice kindergartens;the kindergarten instructor team needs to be improved;the guidance effectiveness of the school instructor is low;the practice content arrangement is unreasonable.In view of the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve students’ satisfaction with post-practice,including: guide students to set up modest expectations;improve the post-practice organization and management system;establish a stable and high-quality post-practice base;optimize the kindergarten instructor team;establish the school instructor selection and management system;reasonably arrange the internship content. |
