The practice of preschool education is an important part of teachers ' education in normal colleges.It is a necessary way to cultivate professional development that meets the needs of the society and promotes the professional development of preschool teachers.It is an effective way of cultivating the professional ethics of preschool education students and improving their teaching abilities.It is conducive to the role of preschool education interns from “quasi-teachers” to “formal teachers”.The quality of pre-school education internships is related to the cultivation of teachers for high-quality preschool teachers.The quality of pre-school education internships depends on many factors such as the construction of educational practice bases,education training,teaching practice time,practice guidance,and practice evaluation.At present,there are many problems in the practice of preschool education in China,in this paper,through the literature,observation and interview,combined with the practical problems encountered by undergraduates in the course of educational practice,the author puts forward the teaching practice mode of “Teachers Training in Kindergarten” based on the extensive literature and relevant theoretical guidance.It aims to promote the development of preschool education professional teachers and promote preschool education.Based on the problems existing in the practice mode of preschool education specialty,this paper discusses the relevant theoretical basis,value pursuit and evaluation mode adopted in practice mode,including the following four parts: The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the research origin,the research significance,the related research summary,the research thought and the method.The second part is the theoretical basis of the practice mode of “Teachers Training in Kindergarten”.On the basis of carding related literatures,this paper explains the relevant concepts,theoretical basis and value pursuit of this practice model.The third part is the conception of the practice mode of “Teachers Training in Kindergarten”.In the light of the practical problems which need to be solved in our present educational practice,this paper discusses three aspects from the construction of practice base,the construction of curriculum system and the evaluation method of practice.Part IV is a summary of the study.This paper points out the shortcomings of this study and the prospect of future research.
