In the development of higher education,higher education has developed from “elite education” to “mass education”.The quality of teaching has become the mainstream in the development of higher education,but the quality of teaching has aroused the concern of the state,society,colleges and universities.To solve the problems in teaching,improving the quality of teaching must fully understand the needs of students,starting from the fundamentalso as to get the thought of “student-centered”.University provides education.Students are consumers,and they pay energy and money to obtain knowledge and ability,then the university will need to satisfied students' needs as much as possible.Based on a large number of literature methods,to the satisfaction survey of the theoretical basis,management methods and related work,and some conclusions can be detailed research from literature.Evaluation method uses the method of questionnaire,students in shenyang normal university were investigated.On the basis of the reference,opinions are put forward.Using SPSS22.0 analyzing survey datareveas students to improve school teaching quality.This study uses the undergraduate course teaching quality of normal satisfaction survey questionnaire in shenyang normal university,and the questionnaire survey was conducted among 455 undergraduate students.From teaching training programs with the software SPSS,professional and curriculum setting,teaching staff,teaching facilities,campus life,students' needs,the paper uses six dimensions to evaluateteaching quality of undergraduate students' satisfaction and the important data.The results are as follows:(1)the six dimensions of the overall satisfaction of teaching quality evaluation is satisfied,and the teaching quality is generallywell.(2)the teaching facilities is in the highest satisfaction campus(3)the most dissatisfied is thecampus life(4)through the overall analysis of the survey data and the different gender,professional,grade of students and family income variables analysis.According to the results,it shows that the different gender and professional have significant differences between the students of grade.From the difference,there is no significant difference between different students and family income.According to the analysis result,the research puts forward the following opinions: first,strengthen "student-centered" normal education management and service concept:(1)combined with professional practice,optimizing the training goal and improving the teaching plan;(2)enhancing service awareness and improving logistics;(3)focusing on the characteristics of different grade students,getting the idea of "according to their aptitude".Second,improve satisfaction of low level of project management and service:(1)strengthening the teachers' evaluation system and creating a good interaction between teachers and students;(2)strengthening the construction of study style and purifing the campus life;(3)strengthening the ability of autonomic learning and arousing the attention of students' dmands.
