Investigation On The Farmers’ Training Will And Demands In Langzhong

In recent years, under the call of the central government, local governments at all levels are actively carrying out farmers training program. The purpose is to invest in human capital through the training to the mass farmers, to improve the farmer’s cultural level and practical technology of agricultural production, to transfer the traditional farmers into the modern ones. Finally, through farmers training, it aims to promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, to deepen the reform of rural areas and to boost the agricultural modernization. The current farmers training is not only conducive to boost the transformation and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, but also an effective way to promote the farmers’ income and consolidate the achievements of the new rural construction, and also helpful to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. Afterwards, we can realize the overall development of urban and rural areas.On the basis of consulting the relevant literature of farmers training, this dissertation takes Sichuan Langzhong as an example to conduct field research, researching from the perspective of farmers’ training will and training demands. The researcher adopts the combination of interview method and questionnaire survey method. Based on the survey data, this dissertation has done a qualitative analysis of the current situation of farmers training in Langzhong, and a quantitative analysis of farmers’ training will and demands of Langzhong. At last, combining the status of farmers training and farmers’ training will and demands, try to find out the existing problems in the process of Langzhong farmers training. Finally, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.There are seven main parts in this research. The first part is the literature reviews and to introduce the research ideas, research contents, research methods and the possible innovations. The second part is definition of related concepts and theoretical basis of the whole research. The third part: analysis of the current situation of farmers training. It’s mainly about through visiting the relevant government departments to understand the situation of agricultural development and the status of farmers training in Langzhong. It introduces the current situation of agricultural development, the resident population at the end of the year, and the per capita income and expenditure of rural households briefly. Afterwards, this chapter analyzes the status and effectiveness of farmers training in Langzhong. The fourth part: the investigation and analysis of farmers’ training will and demands. First is the illustration of investigation and the sample description. According to the survey data, analyzing the farmers’ professional quality, training will and training demands in Langzhong. At last, this dissertation expounds farmers’ overall evaluation of the current training. The fifth part: the main problems and causes of farmers training in Langzhong. Combined with the analysis results of the previous research, from the farmers’ themselves, the market’s and the government’s point of view, analyzing the main problems and try to find out the causes. The sixth part is countermeasures and suggestion. This part mainly puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestion aiming at the problems in the course of farmers training in Langzhong. The seventh part: conclusion and prospect. This part summarizes the research conclusions of this dissertation and puts forward the prospect of the follow-up study.
