As a traditional agricultural country,the transformation of agricultural modernization in China is imperative.The key to promoting the transformation is to optimize agricultural human resources through the training of new professional farmers and cultivate supportive talents,so as to realize the rural revitalization strategy.The main problems that currently exist are as follows.The rural young and middle-aged labor force is lost.The overall scientific and cultural level of farmers is low.And even the phenomena of the personnel shortage and "hollow villages" are getting worse.The issues of how to revitalize,who and how to till the land plagued rural development,hindering the process of agricultural modernization.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate a group of modern professional farmers with certain scientific and cultural qualities,so as to adapt to the current large-scale and intensive management of agriculture.How to carry out the cultivation work should be given enough attention.In addition to attracting more high-quality and highly-skilled people back to the countryside,the measures that should be taken currently are to vigorously promote the professional skills training of farmers on the existing basis.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,field research and summary to study the training situation of new professional farmers in Qinhuangdao.This paper mainly includes four parts.The first part is the development and current situation of new professional farmer training in Qinhuangdao.The second part is the main problems currently existing in the new professional farmer training in Qinhuangdao.The third part is to summarize the experience of domestic and foreign farmer training and the achievements that can be used for reference.In response to how to learn from domestic and foreign experience and integrate it into countermeasures to solve practical problems,based on the problems existing in the training of new professional farmers in Qinhuangdao,the fourth part puts forward the following suggestions.First,Qinhuangdao should perfect the training policy,strengthen the training effect and supervision mechanism,and establish the access system for the professional farmers.Second,innovate training mode and select training contents to improve training effect.Third,in terms of farmers themselves,their own quality should be improved so as to become a group of new professional farmers with culture,technology and management through training,and effectively solve the problems hindering the future development of agriculture in Qinhuangdao.
