In recent years, the educational circles begin to pay close attention to occupation burnout ofteachers, especially middle school teachers. Currently, China has not yet completed itseducational transition. Teachers in secondary school, as a part of basic education, have to face aseries of problems, such as the hitherto unknown competition pressure, survival pressure andmarginalized economic and social status. They were seriously troubled by emotional exhaustion、de-individuation and reduction of personal accomplishment so that they appear to be in varyingdegrees of occupation burnout symptoms. These symptoms will bound to affect the developmentof education in our country and students’ future and destiny if they can not be alleviated andcontrolled, it is based on this consideration that the article attempted to analysis occupationburnout problem of our middle school teachers and put forward relevant countermeasures.Commentators try to sort out the relevant outcomes of the domestic and international research onteacher burnout problems, then give an overview of the basic situation of the secondary schoolteacher burnout problems and analysis four reasons-individual factors the school,workcharacteristics and social factors; next analysis the negative impact on individuals、students andthe quality of teaching caused by he secondary teaching profession burnout problem; finally putforward a solution to teachers occupation burnout: improve the quality of teacherscomprehensively, perfect teacher’s personality; strengthen the education management system,guarantee the quality of teachers teaching; pay attention to social multivariate problems to solveteachers’ worries; based on the humanistic care, achieve a harmonious education and teaching...
