In China, The development of Chinese-foreign cooperation schools has been 30 years since the 1980 s, it gradually became the important impetus to the internationalization of higher education, especially in the field of science and engineering education, the cultivatived students has the characteristics of the internationalization of talents, this is the important form of China’s higher education internationalization development. In today’s world, with the coming of economic globalization and information age, the speed on the development of higher education internationalization is becoming more and more quickly,the number of universities domestic colleges for Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is increasing continuously, but according to statistics in 2015,The number of graduate from the national colleges and universities is up to 7.49 million, The number of graduates growing leads to the pressure on the student’s employment increases, The situation in graduates employment is very serious, to the student,The employment ability have to be higher and higher, thus the employment ability of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students need to be improved, so it is imminent to enhance their employment competition ability.From the perspective of empirical research, this paper mainly adopted literature method, questionnaire survey method, By reference to the relevant research results and the interview data, we compiled and issued the satisfaction questionnaire on the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students employment ability of self-evaluation and personnel training mode,We choose the students in three representative Chinese-foreign cooperation in science and engineering school as the research objects,using SPSS19.0 from the students’ basic ability, ability to learn, personal management,professional development ability and cooperation ability, We studied the employment ability of students and influencing factors, we draw the following conclusions:(1)There were some differences of every level in students employment ability of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, of which cooperation ability is the strongest, followed by a management ability, basic skills, learning ability, professional development ability;(2) There is a large difference between each factor of the personal characteristics of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and the elements of students employment ability;(3) In students personal characteristics, students hometown was significantly positively related to one’s professional development ability, students’ school and individual management ability correlated, students’ category were also associated with its ability to learn, Whether they have overseas exchanged experience was significantly positively related to their basic ability, the experiment(subjects) frequency of participation were significantly associated with their ability to learn, whether students’ other personal characteristics, such as gender, being class cadre or not and its various components are not significant correlation;(4)The employability of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools students was significant positively related with college personnel training mode of the curriculum,teaching methods and content, practice training, and the three variations have positive effect on students’ employment ability, Wherein the curriculum, teaching method and content have bigger influences on the students’ employment ability, the impact of training on the practice of students’ employment ability is relatively small.
