The tide of economy globalization continues to promote the internationalization of higher education in-depth development.Economy globalization not only default background of the times for the internationalization of higher education,but also provide a material basis;bring forward a new demand for qualified personnel,and promote international cultural and educational exchanges. Colleges and universities are the cradle and base of personnel training for a country,international personnel training become unshakable responsibility to colleges and universities in the trend of economy globalization,and the people need to exoteric and international environment.Therefore, Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools have emerged,especially when China access to the WTO,Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools has a broader space for development,and continuously expand the size of school,and the school system is increasingly diverse.After more than 10 years of development,Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools experienced 3 stages of development:starting - growth - mature,has become an important component of higher education,in the process of practice,some typical modes of cooperation possess a certain scale and level,and achieved certain results,such as:fusion,grafting-style and loose type.However,it also exist some problems in the process of cooperation,such as positioning fuzzy,the course structure and set up unreasonable waste of resources,and other problems.Since entering the 21st century,Chinese-foreign Cooperation in Running Schools has a new feature,the focus of research are raising the level of foreign cooperation School,establishing an effective teaching operational mechanism,enhancing Chinese-foreign cooperative in running school operating mechanism as China's reform of higher education from macro to micro-development.This paper uses literature research,case studies,comparative research methods,analyses the status of the Chinese-foreign cooperative teaching operational mechanism,then attempt to point out the concept of Chinese-foreign cooperative teaching operational mechanism from following aspects: curriculum' setting up and management,contingent of teachers' management and building,teaching process' management and students' management.The present thesis is composed of the following four parts:Part 1 is the preamble and depicts the background to the study,meaning,ideas and methods.Part 2 defines concept of Chinese-foreign cooperative of the school and related ones.Describes and analyses on Chinese-foreign Cooperation in running schools operational mechanism. Part 3 analyses the basic operating mechanisms of Chinese-foreign cooperation teaching School and the problems existed in China.Focused on the several major modes of operation mechanism in the process of its development,and then find the existed problems.Part 4 points out the concept of Chinese-foreign cooperative teaching operational mechanism from following aspects:curriculum' setting up and management,contingent of teachers' management and building,teachingprocess' management and students' management by analyzing the static elements of teaching operating mechanism.
