| Since the 1970 s, the relationship between government & non-profit organizations is an important research topic in non-profit sector(Tian Kai,2005). And today, under the policy-government purchase of social services, interactive relationship between governments & social work service has also become a ring which can not be ignored. In this paper, as the commissioned programs of Taichung City Bureau of Social Affairs an example to study the interactive relationship of the Government & social work services, the depth interviews is used to collect the data, the thematic analysis is used to analyzed the data.Analyzed the interactive relationship theory between government & nonprofits organization,combined the interdependent dynamic resource complementary process between government &nonprofits that was confirmed from the perspective of system by Cho & Gillespie in 2006, the author proposes the topic of the data analysis: 1, the reached phase of contract, from the motivation, the selected object, the communication and the financial interaction to explore the relationship between the two; 2, the compliance phase of contract, from the supervision, the service delivery, the communication to study the relationship between the two; 3, the terminative phase of contract, from the quality of service, the financial dependence and control, the feeling of the interactive relationship to analysis the relationship between the two.The research shows that: 1, Interactive Relationship between Taichung City Bureau of Social Affairs & social work services—the interactive relationship between the two is different in the different stage. Specifically, it is the partnership in the reached phase of contract; the Contractual relationship in the compliance phase of contract; between the contractual relationship and partnership in the terminative phase of contract. 2, the two based the interaction on the law, there is a human space. However, this study did not further discuss the human space. |
