Internationalization is an important direction of education, which not only accommodates the requirements of economical globalization, but also represents the tendency of educational modernization. Education Internationalization plays a crucial role in pluralistic communication of politics, cultures and economies in different countries. Therefore, the communication between different ethnic groups around the world has been promoted, which leading to the world peace. The National Medium- Term and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) emphasizes our country should fully use foreign high quality education recourses to develop the international talents who possess international outlook and acquire international rules to deal with international affairs and can be capable of participating international competitions. With the overall improvement of living standards, more and more high school students study abroad. As a consequence, opening international programs has been a hot spot in ordinary schools. Admittedly, it has been a tendency of the education Internationalization. At present, international programs has been introduced and opened in ordinary schools. This strategy aims at helping students get the offers and study abroad. There is no doubt that it has become a hot spot of schools’ development in recent years, and it is a pattern of education internationalization.According to some field trips in Beijing, Zhengzhou, Xian, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan, the author realizes some issues have been ignored in current research. The questions have been listed as follow:First, how to combine the international programs with the general high school physics courses? Second, how to let students get benefits from their advantages. Third, how to improve students’ experimental practical ability based on some basic theories. This thesis aims at finding the effective way to combine the international courses with the Chinese general high school courses. So that our students can be those who not only acquire solid knowledge foundation but also have strong practical ability and creative thinking.This thesis firstly introduces the background of opening international programs and elaborates the meaning of international programs in high schools. The author realizes the current situation of international programs in china by reading amounts of references and visiting several international centers. Then the author introduces several typical international programs in china, describes the international physics courses with its characteristics and its current situation, and studies the development of international physics courses. PGA international program has been introduced mainly in this thesis. The author compares the PGA international program with the general high school curriculum. And this thesis makes comparison between the PGA physics course and general high school physics course. The author uses physics as an example to illustrate how to effectively combine the PGA physics course with the general physics course. Next, the main question of the thesis is how to integrate both courses’ advantages in teaching process. Using physics course as an example, the author will compare PGA physics course and general high school physics course from four aspects-- teaching contents, teaching requirements, evaluation patterns and teaching methods. Finally, according to the integrated research of their content, time, teachers and assessments, the author can get experience and make a conclusion.
