With the continuous development of education in China, higher vocational education has become an integral part of the educational system, it has become an important force for social development. At the same time, the community vocational students’ comprehensive quality requirements are getting higher and higher, not only to have good vocational skills and professional knowledge of the theoretical basis, but also have good psychological quality, this paper examines the domestic and subjective literature research method the overall state of happiness, and through questionnaires and other methods comprehensive analysis of the current situation in Jilin Vocational students subjective well-being in the relationship between demographic variables, qualitative and quantitative research found that the combination of Jilin Vocational students SWB factors and made recommendations accordingly.This study selected 300 Higher Vocational Schools(hereinafter referred to as vocational students) as the main research object in Jilin Province, Xing Zhan jun, who revised SWBS-CC of Jilin four higher vocational school students conducted a survey on the factors affecting the Jilin Vocational students SWB preliminary study, the researchers obtained the following conclusions:First, vocational students SWB distribution is approximately Gaussian distribution;Vocational Students SWB scores in student leaders, physical exercise, there is a significant difference in grade, monthly income, employment pressure dimension gender, students and professionally, whether the one-child dimension does not exist significant difference; where subjective well-being in the confidence of the community experience significant differences in the professional, social and faith experience, the target value of experience, self-acceptance experience, family atmosphere experience whether there are significant differences in only child. Vocational school students in the school curriculum and work placement student satisfaction is not high-impact well-being.For the existing status quo of students of vocational colleges in Jilin Province, the paper proposes corresponding strategies to improve Jilin Vocational Students SWB. By encouraging students to participate in physical exercise, to educate students rational treatment of the economic situation, strengthening vocational students employment guidance word, improving the curriculum system of higher vocational colleges and internships to gradually improve the students’ subjective well-being.
