With the continuous development of education in our country, the secondary vocationaleducation has not only become an integral part of our education system,and become animportant strength of force society development.As a leading in training training secondaryvocational technical talents, secondary vocational school teachers should not only have goodprofessional skills and theoretical knowledge, but also have corresponding teachingability,secondary vocational school teachers not only a the career coach to students,at thesame time, self career should also have good planning.This paper adopts document researchexamined the overall situation of China’s secondary vocational teachers’ career development,and through questionnaires, discussion method et. comprehensive analyzed the currentsituation of Jilin province secondary vocational teachers’ career planning in the demographicvariable, by combining qualitative research and quantitative research found that the problemsand the reasons existing in the secondary vocational teachers’ career planning in Jilin province,and than puts forward the corresponding suggestions.This study adopted the Long Lirong ICMQ questionnaire,the questionnaire researchedfive secondary vocational schools and201vocational school teachers in Jilin province,whichthrough the Excel2007, SPSS21.0statistical software for data collection and analysis. Inaddition, through the analysis found that the overall level of the secondary vocationalteachers’ career planning of Jilin province in general, there is no gender differences, but indifferent age and years spent teaching stage of secondary vocational teachers’ career planning,there exist certain differences in particular attributes, on the career planning exist obviousdifferences with other teachers, at the same time, the different degree and different types ofsecondary vocational teachers working on career planning is different. In Jilin province on thebasis of data analysis, the present situation of secondary vocational school teachers’ careerplanning has carried on the qualitative analysis, the discussion of the ways for thecorresponding questions and discussion. Due to the influence of internal and externalfactorsteachers’such as personal interest,vocational values,school management,social support,family,et. secondary vocational school teachers’ career planning had a series of problems, suchas the attributes of the post adaptability is not strong, lack of consciousness of lifelong learning and professional development needs is not strong, the lack of communication andorganization, etc.Aimed at the problems existing in the present situation of secondary vocational teachers’career planning in Jilin province, the article put forward some suggestion from three levelswhich is about the teachers themselves, schools and society support to strengthen teachers’career planning.at the same time,it put forward that the teachers should enhance theadaptability of jobs, alleviate their occupational stress and job burnout, take the initiative tostrengthen the communication with groups and families, analyzing their advantages anddisadvantages, and devoted to work, the demand for professional development and lifelonglearning theory goes through career planning, enhance and improve themselves; It’s importantfor school organization to strengthen the faculty orientation adjustment, strengthen theconstruction of organizational culture, facilitate communication between the teacher andorganization, in-service teachers’ psychological understanding dynamic and careerdevelopment dynamic, on-the-job training and vocational guidance on a regular basis, throughthe establishment of career planning related mechanism, to help teachers to the guidance ofcareer planning, evaluation and feedback, to promote the harmonious development of theteachers and organization; For the government,it’s necessary to support the development ofvocational education career, from the policy and system through the input of funds and so on,to improve secondary vocational teachers’ treatment, arouse teachers’ education teachingpower, increase the teachers’ professional accomplishment, and promote the development ofteacher education and the development of secondary vocational school education.
