As a first grade primary school and junior high school of transition, due to the teaching environment, teaching content, teaching method, coupled with the first student of psychology, the great changes in physiological, students prone to not adapt to the feeling, influence the effective implementation of teaching. Teachers should realize the importance of the first grade and particularity, pay attention to the student to study the changes and psychological changes, improve teaching efficiency. However, from the point of the current state of junior middle school mathematics teaching, inefficient,negative effect of the phenomenon still exists, not only exist in the mathematics classroom, after-school teaching test and evaluation also exist a lot of loopholes.In this paper, through literature research summed up the relevant theoretical basis,and through the way of questionnaire and interviews on junior students mathematics study present situation investigation and study, analysis of the first maths teachers in the teaching process of the problems and deficiencies, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Questionnaires with a total of 27, as a whole is divided into six dimensions: learning habit; Classroom teaching; After inspection; Learning experience; Learning motivation;Emotional communication between teachers and students; Finally there are two questions to teachers is some advice.Through the analysis of questionnaire, interviewing some students, summed up for students in learning and emotional has produced certain inadaptability, according to the situation of students’ learning, analysis some problems of the teachers and disadvantages:(1) the teachers lack the cognitive level and learning characteristics of students at the beginning of knowledge;(2) the teacher mathematics teaching consciousness effectively;(3) the teacher teaching responsibility consciousness is not strong;(4) the teacher does not pay attention to the teaching feedback and evaluation;(5)is a severe lack of emotional communication between teachers and students. And put forward the following Suggestions:(1) to improve teachers’ personality;(2) improve the students’ participation, pay attention to classroom questioning;(3) pay attention to in the mathematics teaching assignments timely feedback;(4) to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students...
