| Senior high school chemistry teaching has changed a lot since the basic education course reformation in 2004, including the way of education, the content of courses and the modes of presentation, which produced more effect on teachers and students. Guizhou Province also stepped into the reformation area in the fall, 2010 after many cities around the country.Compared with the former Chemistry teaching, the main distinction between the former and the latter is the implementation of the chemistry selective modules and its implement will affect a lot the senior high school chemistry reformation. The teachers and students face all kinds of problems when they are teaching and studying, such as, problems about teaching of the chemistry selective modules ? Problems about pressures they have ? Problems about the students’ adaptation to the modules of chemistry selective teaching? For these problems,it will be reasonably answered by the research on the implementation of the chemistry selective modules. Because of the implementing situation, the thesis focuses on the presentation of senior high school chemistry selective modules teaching in Guiyang, which is based on teachers’ and students’ problems.The thesis aims to investigate the course setting of senior high school selective chemistry and teaching situation in four senior high schools of Guiyang by questionnaires, including key senior high school, common senior high school, private senior high school, which ensures its universality, representative and credibility. The contents investigated contain: teachers’ understanding of the new reform for the senior high school chemistry; the teachers training situation for the new reform;teachers and students’ needs for the selective courses after the new courses reform; schools’ implement condition of the selective chemistry and the blocking teaching materials; the evaluation system for students; teachers’ teaching behaviors and perspectives; teachers’ understandings about the selectivechemistry.From the questionnaire survey and the date analysis,conclusions can be drawn: the way of high school chemistry selective courses teaching is diversified; teachers need training continuously; the management and evaluation of the courses need improving gradually; the courses resources need optimizing further. In all, teachers and students are faced with challenges, meanwhile, the new course will be on track. |
