College is that a man thinking about the future,to exclude bad habits to improve themselves and learn vocational skills into the community to prepare for the period. Construction will focus on new ideas and new views in this period, gradually clear their own goals. This is called the future orientation in psychology. It is a large and multi-stage process consisting of containing thinking sustained interest among beliefs, interpersonal and socio-cultural background of the system interact. Previous study found that high levels of future orientation development of students’ academic investment is also more in the actual teaching activities also reflects the academic into fewer behavior problems and more students appear. Higher Vocational Education in recent years to develop due to the special nature of training methods of vocational students being more attention.Therefore, to discuss their relationship between future orientation and behavior problem and learning engagement for vocational education and career planning guidance has important practical significant, the study reached the following conclusions: gender, left-behind experience,marital status and the highest level of education there was no significant difference;the household registration has significant differences in learning engagement;grades were significantly different in problem behavior and learning engagement;parenting style has significant differences in future orientation; future orientation had negative correlation with problem behaviors,future orientation had positive correlation with learning engagement, problem behavior had negative correlation with learning engagement; future orientation has partially mediated effect on problem behavior and learning engagement.
