The study use the 3R-method, combined with social work "Recalling past therapy" to carry out measures, and use group work as the main method to expand activities, which leads to a series of activities to promoting the elderly brain activity, and ultimately achieve the goal of delaying the case of the disease. At the same time teach them an non-drug treatment that can be used in daily life, and to instill the concept of a positive response in the event of disease, improve the elderly’s attitude to the face the disease.Social work takes VALUE and SKILLS as two core elements. Through the practice, the study learned that use of the 3R-method for the social work is available, social workers intervene with dementia groups is effective. In the prevention and treatment of dementia, social work can be more convenient compared to the other resources. The number of social workers is increasing rapidly these years. They can be trained to use 3R-method to help people with dementia. And this is not only can improve the community support level, but also to share the pressure to take care of the medical profession.
